As a full-time working mom, the only way for me to get dinner on the table during the week is if I plan ahead. I am borderline obsessive about this because it makes my life so much easier in the long run: No post-work grocery store runs and no time wasted wondering what to have for dinner means I can hit the ground running when I get home and have dinner on the table by 7.

September 11 – September 14, 2017

I can’t tell you how glad I am that the kids are back in school. This summer seemed like it dragged on forever. But now we’re back in the swing of things and we’re still doing one week veggie, one week not. Sunday was my husband’s birthday so he got all of his faves (ribs, mac and cheese, peach pie). But now it’s back to healthy eating to make up for it!


Monday – Kale Caesar with Grilled Chicken

TuesdaySpinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage

Wednesday – Burgers

Thursday – Winging it (gasp!)
