As a full-time working mom, the only way for me to get dinner on the table during the week is if I plan ahead. I am borderline obsessive about this because it makes my life so much easier in the long run: No post-work grocery store runs and no time wasted wondering what to have for dinner means I can hit the ground running when I get home and have dinner on the table by 7.
Here’s this week’s dinner plan (Friday is always pizza night!):
November 6 – 10, 2017
So excited it’s meat week again. I started out with a bang over the weekend and made a pot roast knowing that I can turn the leftovers into pasta sauce during the week. Who doesn’t love a rollover meal?!
Monday – Burgers
Tuesday – Soupie
Wednesday – Tacos (with ground chicken instead of ground beef)
Thursday – Pasta (from leftover pot roast)
